The Last Patrol is building Station Liberty: a Military Museum & National Youth Training Site in Northwest Ohio where history is not simply placed behind glass. Veterans, artifacts, equipment, volunteers and young people come together to preserve stories, learn practical skills, and keep history alive.

What is Station Liberty?

More than a museum

Station Liberty is our vision for a living military museum and national youth training site built around one simple idea: history becomes more meaningful when people can experience it, question it, and learn from those who lived it.

We are not building rows of equipment with signs that say "do not touch." We are building a place where a young person can stand beside a veteran, look at a piece of equipment and ask: What did this do? What was it like? How did it work? Why did it matter? That question is where learning begins.

Preserve

We preserve more than objects. We preserve the names, faces, stories, skills and experiences connected to them.

We use history as a doorway into leadership, teamwork, STEM, trades, seamanship, engineering, responsibility and service.

We create opportunities for veterans, families, young people and the community to meet, talk, work and learn together.
